  My sister and I went during lunch, and the service was terrible. It took 20 minutes just to get a box and the check after we finished eating; the place had only a couple other customers there, too. The pizza itself really wasn't very good either.

  I got an inkling for the pretzel crust advertised on TV, so we decided to order from our local Pizza Hut even though we have not been big fans of the chain in the past. Its been nearly 15 years for either of us. Though we had not been fond of them in the past, things with this order were even worse. We didn't order the pretzel crust because it was listed as a "flavor", not a different type of crust. Seemed a bit unnatural and unlikely to me.
  
  We ordered a large hand-tossed pizza with flavored crust and three items with an order of 8 wings. The wings were supposed to be medium buffalo, but they tasted sweet and hardly spicy. Had to pay extra for a small container of packaged bleu cheese. The pizza was a complete and utter disappointment. Well, actually, the sauce flavor was good.The crust was flat and tasteless; we could not taste the meat and veggies, just the sauce. There was no flavored crust as we'd ordered. It looked like it had been run over by a steam roller. It was dry and wilted, even though we live less than a mile from the store and picked it up according to the timing they sent us.
  
  My husband walked in the door after picking up the food and said it was the only time he'd ever gone into a pizza place and it didn't smell like pizza. He said he smelled fried food. Its like they don't even make pizza there.
  
  Obviously, I would not recommend. This is a small town with few choices for eating out, but just about every place I have tried beats this Pizza Hut.
